South Georgia Shutters plantation shutters are built out of premium hard-wood components. Plantation shutters are available in an array of specialty shapes, and all products are available either primed and sanded or in painted or stained finishes to match any color of choice. We offer a variety of styles and options including the following:


  • Standard contoured louver sizes of 2-1/2", 3-1/2", and 4-1/2"

  • Standard tilt-rod louver control (or upgrade to hidden louver control)

  • A variety of L and Z framing options

  • Frame notching at no additional charge

  • Custom-matched paint and stain finishes at no additional charge

  • White, Almond, Nickel, Brass, Antique Brass, and Oil-Rubbed Bronze hardware selections

  • Shutters can be built out of solid core PVC materials to accommodate wet areas such as showers

  • Shutters can be built to accommodate tilt-out and crank-out windows without obstructing functionality

  • If you have a special request - just ask!
